Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

This property is very clean and is in good proximity to Disneyland Resort!

Cost of parking is a bit steep!

Location of the hotel is perfect, ight staff were amazing

Parking charges arent amazimg however thisnis standard in Anaheim

The location for disney is perfect, 10 to 15 min walk. The shower pressure is amazing, hugely appreciated on a busy hot trip.

Only issue we encountered was when our son was sick on his bed in the night, we told the housekeeping staff but there was a miscommunication and his sick covers didnt get removed. The night staff was amazing and helped us straight away. I think it was a genuine language barrier and communication issue and our room was spotless generally

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and peaceful throughout my visit. The bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfy, which made it easy to get a great night's sleep. A special shoutout to Yajaira at the front desk! She made both checking in and checking out incredibly quick and easy. She was a great help and her welcoming attitude really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Lulu was an excellent hotel to stay at while heading back and forth to Disneyland just a short walk away. The pool, bar/restaurant and front desk had welcoming and friendly staff who I enjoyed talking with. The room was clean and fresh. Not one complaint about the room. Other family members were at another nearby hotel, but I enjoyed Hotel Lulu more. The ironic thing is that the logo looks very similar to my daughter and me, so I had to buy some hotel swag (which my daughter loved)! Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the parking was easy, and the walk to Disneyland was 12-15 minutes.

Beds are comfortable. Very good location, about 15 minutes walk to Disneyland. Big rooms.

This was our second stay at Hotel Lulu. The check in the second time was very smooth and courteous. I would not recommend checking in really late, like 11pm, they weren’t as friendly. They offer a happy hour alcoholic beverage upon check in. A mixed drink, No choices. Food delivery is from a ghost kitchen but it has quite a variety, efficient. The room itself was decent. Mattress was comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained, the room could’ve been a little cleaner but overall was worth the cost. Close to Disney, 15 min walk.
