Pool area (not the staff), activities for kids.

Staff (no tall of them), room not cleaned, elevator not working at check in (with 4 suitcases, 4th floor), check in line of almost an hour. Purchased drinks/food bought at Hilton store in the hotel not allowed in pool area.....!! Bistro has a complete different menu as on the website. Check final bill as we were overcharged almost $200, they corrected when I went to the reception desk.

Muy caro una noche 412 dollares con taxes y sin derecho a desayuno 3 margaritas y dos cervezas agua eran por 60 dollares caro horrible y la habitación sin vista solo vista al parqueo a nadie lo recomiendo

El precio elevado de todo renta y de lo k consumes es injusto un robo

Good location and really nice pool.

Electricity was out for several hours. Also, water leaked into room and under the floors so when I stepped on some of the boards in the floor, they squished and water came through the spaces. I tried cleaning with a towel, and towel was visibly dirty, which meant the floors were dirty.
