Good size room, with a little balcony. Very close to the beach and plenty of food places pretty close by. The valet chaps outside were nice and the free water bottles was appreciated.

Pretty bad check in experience. Best not to arrive early here as they don't try very hard to make things ready for you (even though, the next day housekeeping had already tidied my room when I was at breakfast between 9 and 9.30 am)

Mario & Peggy at the front desk were very nice and accommodating to get me checked in early. Iโ€™m in town for a whole week and so I had a lot of bags and they were helpful at telling me where to park to easily get unloaded.

"Loyalty points"

Property ok, But the whole family dislikes the stay and wants to leave a day early. Having visited Hilton properties for over 20 years and being held hostage at a stay because they will not credit the points for the last day so we can leave a day early, erodes any sense of loyalty I have to the Hilton brand. Forced to stay the last day so we don Unacceptable, never before have I been refused the credit of points upon room cancellations. If the hotel policy is to not refund points if guests decide to cut the stay short, then it is a bad policy that needs changed. Really pissed.
