"Best stay in Galveston"

The Hilton Convention Center in Galveston, TX is amazing. The service was 5 star hotel service. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful Ms. Peggy’s customer service was impecable. She was very kind. Everything was very fast. No hassle. Everyone was very serviceable. From check in to check out it was efficient and quality. Great team.

"Jesus is the best"

Jesus was so amazing! We meet him in the elevator and commented on how our fridge was whinny and he asked our room number. He ten minutes he showed up with a new, quite, fridge!!

The staff was AMAZING!! Katherine was our waitress both nights we stayed, and she was phenomenal! We spent time hanging out by the pool, and she made sure we were always well taken care of. We also tried the BBQ ribs — Tanner was the cook outside, and he was awesome. He greeted us warmly and did a great job promoting the food. We ordered the half rack of ribs, and they were amazing! Chris was also very friendly and polite. We made small talk and it felt like talking to a family member. We will definitely be back.

"It’s a nice hotel and convenient to the convention center. It does not give a high end feel though"

It was well situated next to the convention center

Parking wasn’t included in the stay. We also wanted to invite a few friends to swim as we were in town for a competition and they were staying at a house nearby. They only allow guests to swim. The food at breakfast was ok. But service was slow and spotty.

"Great customer service from Mario"

First time here in Galveston island and can’t say how nice the Hilton is. Had Mario check us in and he was great. He even brought his manger over to say hi and welcome us. Will definitely be back.

"First Time"

This was our first time staying at this hotel and overall we liked it very much. A great location with proximity to nice restaurants and the beach. Only issue was a mix up with room numbers and keys when we checked in. They offered us free parking but it still appeared on our final bill. Beautiful and well maintained hotel with lovely pool.
