Loved the pool and the room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The majority of the staff interactions left something to be desired. Very rude or indifferent to whatever was needed.

This was our first ever stay at this Hilton. We called ahead and the online booker misspelled our name and booked us for the wrong night. We arrived to discover this at the front desk. Jamie (manager) excelled at customer service and made sure we got a room and had everything we needed. While she was fixing the errors and getting a room ready for us she was impressive by calmly and discreetly removing a homeless man with the utmost professionalism. The next morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast on Mother’s Day. Due the brunch prep our order was delayed. Amy (waitress) was on point the entire time and made the wait pleasant And maintained the utmost customer service. Even with the few hiccups the entire staff was perfect! The room was great and we will 100% return for all of our future Galveston trips! 10/10

"True Southern Hospitality at Hilton Galveston Resort"

It is called southern hospitality for a reason and that is exactly what we got at the Hilton Galveston Island Resort! Peggy and staff gave us a warm Texas summer welcome. This was just what we needed to kick off our long awaited vacation. Peggy’s exceptional kindness upon our arrival set a wonderful, welcoming tone for our entire trip. We cannot thank the team enough for making our summer getaway so memorable!

"Hilton Galveston Island Resort is a great place to stay!"

Had the opportunity to stay at this resort over a long weekend. I had a lovely room on the 9th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was warm and inviting and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Kudos to Chef Tanner!
