Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle by IHG - NEWLY RENOVATED

Nice prperty with clean rooms and good front desk service

Nothing, service was horrible.

We waited in the hotel lobby from 11:45pm until 2:30am attempting to check into our room, the staff was ill equipped to do their job and could not figure out how to get us into our room

Stunning decor, very friendly staff and comfy bed! Excellent restaurant. Free wine and coffee!

The property was close to the waterfront and conveniently located.

We came back to visit 11 years after our first stay (the night of our wedding!). The room, amenities and location was still as fantastic as we remember. The restaurant was also as we remember (although it’s been two other names since we last dined) the service was meh, but the food was good.

Staff didn’t tell you the things that they had going on like wine daily you get free tickets to places. One of them act like they were annoyed because I was asking them questions for the price I paid. They were still under renovations that had been going on for months. Did I get an email stating that they were in renovations yes but they said it will be finished in 4 to 6 weeks but in the two months months after I received the email it was still not completed. For the price you pay it’s not worth it because it’s unfinished. And the staff was bad noncommunicating.

The Hotel was Clean, the staff was Amazing. The restaurant was Fire❗🔥 and I'd stay there again ❗

Very nice hotel but undergoing renovations so a bit sparse in lobby. Wonderful room and breakfast was amazing
