The studio was good and comfortable, and the management of the key with the key lock system was great. The small welcome gift with tea and stroopwafels was really nice and sweet

Some cleaning equipment was missing such as towels to dry the dishes since cooking equipment and dishes were already all provided it would be. A nice addition to help keep the place tidy after cooking and washing dishes

They asked me to clean before I leave. Why I paid that amount of money? At the end clean myself? There was no shampoo and body wash, which has surprised me.

It was too loud. This building needs triple windows. It was extremely loud and noisy.

Very helpful personel. I told them I would arrive in town early in the morning and they found me a room that was free at that time. Great location, close to the old town and to the central bus station. They also have a bicycle rent service.
