Super easy to get here, great staff, market nearby, clean, well equipped

The studio apartment was very clean, in a quite but central area super close to the bus station. The communication with the staff was great and the access to the studio was easy to understand! I had everything I need and the Wifi worked super well every time allowed me to work properly!

Maybe some things were missing like something to clean the dishes like a sponge for the kitchen and a towel also for the kitchen

There was something missing from the room that I wanted but I can't remember what it was so it couldn't have been that important.

Not sure if I got the recycling correct but I tried. Maybe better descriptions of what is recycled for foreign visitors becaue I want to be my best.

Staff not very helpful on extending my stay. The booking status was changed but no message from property to notify me, bookings.com status not updated, so I was kicked out of the room a day earlier than booked and had to find alternative accommodation for the night...at anther hotel.

Close to local transport and the places I needed to go

Too much noise late at night to early hours of the morning even with windows closed. Had to use ear plugs but the revving of motorbikes, people shouting at all hours and even loud music from cars waiting at the traffic lights very late at night meant less sleep. Luckily I had brought ear plugs but they should be provided in the welcome pack or some sound proofing carried out.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Good value for money.

+ spacious apartment + location right at the bus station, close to Lidl and Aldi

- getting into the building was very frustrating. The chip would work only like once in ten attempts. The light indicating it worked (green) is weak. So you try and try to open it (blue light = did not work), and when you succeed, the handle is so close to the edge of the door that you will hurt your hand. Repeatedly. - the sink in the bathroom is very (and unnecessarily) small. Very inconvenient. - more hangers in the bathroom would help, especially next to the sink - I would expect a sponge for an apartment with a kitchenette "equipped with cleaning products" - also, a dish towel would help a lot
