The Lafayette New Orleans By Kasa Living

I have never stayed with Kasa before. I had no idea what to expect and was a little confused at first with the "virtual" front desk and less interfacing with real people, but the stay went off without a hitch! There was a front desk person I could talk to in person, but I really didn't need to. I texted questions and they were quick to respond, and all the correspondence before my trip was clear, helpful, and instructional. The hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and well-located. Our room was excellent. Staying at hotels is preferable in a place like New Orleans, where airbnbs can be problematic for local residents, displacing families and disrupting neighborhoods. And the price was not bad at all for our stay. Perhaps the minor downside was that parking was a short walk away, but it felt totally safe and wasn't too big of an inconvenience. The St. Charles streetcar also stopped right in front of the hotel which was awesome! Definitely recommend!

Simply one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I liked that it was centrally located, in a nice area, clean, friendly, and well-priced.

Virtual front desk does not always respond. Attendant at actual front desk directs you to virtual. Not customer facing at all. Fridge & several lighting fixtures did not work. AC could have been colder. Dining options are limited around the property, but it is walkable to French Quarter.

Really quaint and quiet hotel in a beautiful part of the city with great restaurants nearby. Every single staff member I dealt with were fantastic. Don't be put off by the cheap nightly rate - it's an absolute bargain and I'd definitely recommend it.

Great hotel for couples.

This was the cleanest, most elegant property I've ever stayed in bar none!!

The staff was very friendly. I did have some problems with the reserves parking, which is off site. Was able to correct it with better option. We hope to return at another date. Worth our stay.

Very clean room. 1 mile walk to the French Quarter. Friendly staff. Quiet area short walk to grocery store for necessities.
