Great location, walking distance to everything especially the port friendly staff very accommodating for all our needs

Elevator needs upgrading. Need mini safes in rooms. Lamps need upgrading, one didnt work at all.

Excellent location near the cruise terminal. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly—Dee went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Dee was amazing, she made our stay spectacular! Room was great and continental breakfast was a nice treat. The harbor view entertaining, we saw dolphins and plenty of ship movement.

Room was exceptional. Dee moved us from a king room to a king suite that we could see out and look at the water. Them room was beautiful would recommend to anyone. Dee was very nice and polite and we were so greatful for her moving us without charging us exter.

We were told that a shuttle would come through and take us to the ship but we sat there for about 45 minutes and ended up walking.
