The manager was rude, several of the guests complained. I Did nothing other than try to be friendly. I did not check in. Drug Habitat.

I booked and paid for 3 rooms and only received 2 rooms. I am requesting a full refund. The room it self had damage to it.

As soon as you walk in there’s a heavy cigarette smoke odor in the front lobby. I also heavily dislike the fact that you don’t hear about a $60 deposit when you use booking but when you get there apparently you have to give an extra $60 just to get the room you already paid for. It’s was turn away and sleep in my car or stay here for the night bc it was the cheapest option. Yea cheap but it didn’t have to be disgusting.

Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación que esta cerca sel aeropuerto. Y la persona que nos atendió al llegar que nos trato muy bien.

Desde que entras a la localidad es un olor desagradable de las alfombras sucias, el cuarto los cubre camas de todas las camas manchados tanto así que desconfiamos de que estuvieran limpias, el olor desagradable, el baño partes de las lozas estaban rotas, caídas. El lavamano no tiraba agua solo salían gotas. En la noche cuando fuimos a utilizar el baño habia cucarachas que tuvimos que matar para poder tratar de domir. El lugar se ve abandonado. Tuvimos que explotarnos subiendo las maletas por las escaleras. La verdad que no nos sentiamos comodos ni seguros. Gracias a Dios que sólo lo usamos una noche.

No es nada como la foto,, todo Sucio y mal olor, tuve q comprar detergentes, ropa de cama y cosas de olor. Por q cuando pedí el reembolso me dijeron q tenía q ser directo por booking y sabía q no iba a tenerlo el mismo día so nos tuvimos q quedar y gastar mas dinero para limpiar y hacer el estadía más llevadero

No nada me gustó,, no lo recomiendo necesita arreglos por completo
