Here for the Ohio State Fair. Paid over $400 for a 3 night stay. Was asked if we wanted Housekeeping. I said absolutely. Checked in Wednesday. Today is Friday with checkout Saturday. No housekeeping whatsoever 😡 questioned it Thursday night & was asked “how long are you staying ?” Answered check out Saturday. Was told housekeeping is every 2 days & the night front desk clerk was rude when I questioned the every 2 days. Her response was blunt, rude and reiterated “I told you every 2 days”. Assume she chose to order our room not to be touched at all. Trash overflowing, had to ask for towels & washcloths. I would like a refund ! I would like an explanation on why we were treated this way. I do have pictures & would be happy to share them.

Terrible customer service from the front desk lady Brandy. Very rude, won’t be staying here again. Wouldn’t even check me out and was very confrontational.

"Never ever ever trust the GM, or the staff because if she lies they lie too"

General manager is a liar. She told booking.com I canceled my reservation at 9:32a yet I showed up to an alleged canceled booking at 630p. The hotel staff are incompetent. As well as booking.com is a fault as well for allowing her to tell that lie when the cancellation has to go through them first. DISGUSTING!
