Comfortable bed very clean pool was good, staff especially dave on front desk so helpful, even gave me a goodi bag for my birthday, lovely,surprised me ,had a great stay

"A clean, surprisingly nice and well-priced hotel with a great breakfast,"

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel—it was much nicer and cleaner than expected for the price point. The room, beds, and even the pull-out sofa were all clean. We did have to ask three times for pillows, which was a bit frustrating. The pool area also appeared clean, even though we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of hot and cold options and plenty of food available for guests.

I received a call less than 30 minutes before check-in asking if we could switch from a room with two queen beds to one with a queen and a pull-out sofa. Given that it was just a one-night stay and essentially a rest stop during a longer drive, I agreed. However, it was frustrating that no compensation was offered and we were still charged the same rate for what was clearly a lower-tier room.
