No elevator
The staff was most pleasant and easy to work with. The room was clean. The breakfast worked for us who needed gluten-free options.
The property is a good value.
Stains on bedding and chair, no toilet paper or tissues in the room, room key didn’t work first time (had to go back to desk) and out of main breakfast item by 8 a.m. (breakfast 6-9). Staff that I dealt with were nice though.
Very thoughtful staff at this hotel and my visit to Rushville feel like home.
Sink was clogged and never got fixed. Plug from blow dryer was loose and therefore it went alway on and off. Stains on the desk and nightstand which I was able to easy clean up with water. Clearly not going back there
The entire second floor had construction workers boots with their dirty socks air drying in the hall wall. The air was so foul filled with foot mold it was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom looked like they stopped halfway through remolding and the carpet would stick to your feet in the room. The woman working the front desk was very polite
Nice people working here. More comfortable beds than most hotels. Decent breakfast. No road noise.
Staff was really good and friendly
This property was not well cared for. The room had basic cleanliness only, meaning sheets and towels were clean, basic bathroom and room cleaning was done. The walls, floors, baseboards, and finer details were not cleaned and did not appear to have been in quite some time. If an update of the hotel is not within the cost parameters, at the very least the management and ownership should look into having a more thorough cleaning of the rooms/stairwells/common areas. This in itself would make a world of difference.
