"Not happy with amenities at all."

Ok breakfast not much on varieties. Beds were comfortable. Lobby was nice.

The breakfast could have had more of a variety for hot foods. The ice machines on both floors were broken and when staff was told they checked it out and just said sorry. No attempt to chef else where. Pool area which was one of the most important reasons to choose your hotel was freezing! I needed to have a winter coat on to stay in there too watch the kids. The kids were able to tolerate about 20 minutes. There was frost on the inside walls. Again I told staff and reply was that was the way it was suppose to be. I won't book there again.
