"I would not recommend a stay there."

There was no hot water - it was barely warm. The security latch was broken. The ice bucket lid was dirty.

"Terrible experience and rude staff !"

My drivers license was left or kept at the hotel desk and they failed to let me know that they had possession of the license. I was in Chicago when I realized that I did not have it. I called them as they did not notify and the hotel made it very, very difficult to make amends.

"I want my full refund they are not honest."

The room was dirty including sheets. Clerk gave me sheets so I could change the sheets. Furniture dirty. Broken lamp. We did not stay. Clerk didn’t know how to give refund referred us to booking.com
