Been coming here for about 15 years. Had issues in the past but they seemed to have ended years ago. I am finding new issues. Upon arrival I discovered they changed my room reservation without my knowledge. That was corrected. However, the pool was closed for days, the second elevator did not work, the public computer was down the entire time we were there. I had to walk next door to use their computers. It seems there were several staff changes since last year. The front desk was courteous and professional. The breakfast area has 1 waffle maker which seems to be a problem with guests. Some of the breakfast staff were rather abrupt to guests. Myself, one asked if I was making waffles, which I replied YES! She cut me off and wiped the waffle maker with a washcloth used for wiping the counter with then sprayed it and said to go ahead. My thought was I was making these waffles since she was in grade school and I needed no help. Wiping it with a washcloth being used for countertops is not very sanitary. In fact, she left more debris on it than before. After I sat down, another comment was directed towards me which had me asking other guests what was going on. I also witnessed another guest being treated similarly the following morning by a different staff member. I found maintenance throughout the property is lacking.

The ADA accessible room that we reserved was not available when we arrived. Staff was helpful. Plumbing problem.

We stayed 5 nights . Room was cleaned only once. And only because we called the front desk.
