We always stay here when we’re up in Gastonia because it’s convenient, clean, friendly, and they have a great breakfast

Check in staff incredible! Room dated but clean. All staff friendly and helpful.

It was so much better than the previous place we had stayed at. Should have stayed here our whole trip. Desk didnt even flinch when i said j needed a ground floor room.

The staff were delightful and the room was clean. However, the key card would not open the door so our room had to be changed. The shades in the room were full of holes. The drain in the shower was blocked. There is no vent in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on the ground and I woke up with a stiff neck. The powdered eggs for breakfast were inedible but the waffles and cereal were good. Does this sound like a Marriott?? Mr Marriott would turn over in his grave!

Front desk staff was great. Unfortunately someone else over rode my request and verification for conecting rooms after I verified several times that they were booked for me. The young lady at check in was upset as she verified last week for me that they were blocked for me. Breakfast was good. Hotel clean. Pool was clean and pool towels available. Overall a great stay for my group.

Great place for an overnight stay as we were traveling. Convenient to I-85 with several eating places nearby. Breakfast was provided, however it was the only thing that could have been improved.

Comfort, clean close to anything needed.
