L'hôtel en général, la piscine chauffée, le personnel très sympathique, le buffet et les cocktails, la plage et les transats.

La piscine qui ferme tôt à 18h, il faut aller au bout du ponton pour se baigner à la plage, pas de choix pour le snack.

The staff were friendly, but not very professional. I felt they could have been better trained. The resort had a great location and was very clean.

The food quality was poor in terms of taste, cooking, and variety. The bed was uncomfortable and made squeaking noises.

I recently stayed at Pharaoh Azur Resort and, as always, it was an incredible experience. This wasn’t my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last. ​I want to highlight their excellent communication; they were incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my inquiries before my trip. Special thanks to the Reception Team for their warm welcome. It was also my birthday during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special and show great care. ​The highlight of my stay was the management’s generosity I had booked a 'Pool View' room, but they provided a Free Upgrade to a Bungalow! I loved the place so much that I extended my stay for extra nights. Even though I booked a 'Garden View' for the extension, the management kindly let me stay in the same bungalow without having to move. The resort is spotless, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is 10/10. Highly recommended! تجربتي في منتجع فارو ازور كانت ممتازة جداً كالعادة. دي مش أول مرة ليا هنا، وأكيد مش هتكون المرة الأخيرة. ​حابب أشيد جداً بـ سرعة الاستجابة والتواصل؛ ردوا على كل استفساراتي بسرعة قبل السفر. شكراً جزيلاً لـجميع طاقم الريسبشن على ذوقهم. كمان وقت إقامتي كان عيد ميلادي والناس بجد اهتموا جداً وبسطوني بحسن ضيافتهم. ​أهم حاجة حابب أذكرها هي الإدارة؛ كنت حاجز غرفة 'إطلالة على المسبح' لكنهم عملوا لي ترقية مجانية لـ 'بنجلو' (Free Upgrade to Bungalow). ومن كتر ما المكان عجبني مديت إقامتي أيام تانية، ومع إني حجزت 'جاردن فيو' للأيام الزيادة، الإدارة بجد كملت ذوقها وخلتني في نفس البنجلو . المكان نظيف جداً، والخدمة 10 على 10. أرشحه بقوة!

O quarto é simplesmente maravilhoso, muito confortável, chuveiro excelente sem limite de água quente. Piscina boa, tem equipe de animação, cada dia tinha um tema diferente para o jantar Deixam você almoçar antes desse check-in e após o check-out. Tem praia privativa, é possível agendar passeios, rola kitesurf nas praias vizinhas e eles fazem a reserva também.

A Internet era rápida mas estava intermitente e teve uma noite que ficamos sem Internet e tivemos alguns apagões de luz em todo resort que não atrapalharam a experiência pois foram após as atividades, tarde da noite. Um outro problema que não é culpa do resort, existe um cartel dos ubers e taxistas, que simplesmente não aceitam o valor do aplicativo e te cobram 5 a 10x mais para te levar x buscar o resort. A equipe de animação precisa acertar mais a coreografia mas adoramos, foi só um ponto de atenção mesmo, até devido a quantidade reduzida de hóspedes devido ao impacto da guerra, fica menos animado com menos gente Não vimos muitos peixes na praia apesar de ter um deck que te leva próximo a umas pedras, não estava muito transparente, mas foi bom para nadar, e verá muitos se reservar o mergulho
