Its cleanness, the staff were so friendly and they upgraded my room to a bungalow which was very spacious and comfy. The food was very good throughout, especially the pizza snack and desserts. The beach is also very nice and lunch by the beach is a good idea.The animation team also were very friendly, special thanks to Oreo and Tito.

They need to have more activities at night. They do have shows but it ends very early. Some of the room facilities need maintenance, but it is not a very big deal, just small details.

Sprawy nie udalo sie rozwiazac pomimo kilku godzin spedzonych w reception przez ostatnie kilka dni dlatego opinia jest jaka jest.vape I czapka zostawiona w loby takze sie nie odnalazly.Drinki bez doplaty byly naprawde byly srednie I lane z laska.panowie w recepcji nie potrafia pomoc ....osrodek nie posiada pilek do grania wiec w pilke plazowa gralismy nasza I entertainment team tez pozyczal od nas.

Il giardino è Meraviglioso. La magia tra natura e mare fantastico. Spiaggia ampia. Nostro alloggio in bungalow super accogliente e grande nella tranquillità del giardino

Il servizio spiaggia chiude troppo presto alle 18 noi si può bere niente incluso wc.

احد افراد الريسبشن اول يوم وصلنا الساعة 8 الصبح كان رافض يخلي الامن يدخلنا بحجة ان الحجوزات بتشتغل من الساعة 10 والحجز بتاعنا لسه مظهرش عندو مش فاهم بصراحة استني في للشارع ازاي شئ مؤسف تاني حاجة الاستاف مش بيضحك في وشك وكانه طبع في المكان اول مرة يحصل معايا كدة في المجموعة دي تاني حاجة الغرفة ظهر فيها نمل واتصلت اكتر من مرة علشان حد يهتم بالمشكلة وفي النهاية اتحلت

Exceptional Stay - My Favorite Place in Hurghada! إقامة استثنائية - مكاني المفضل لم ينل الإعجاب · I recently stayed at Pharaoh Azur Resort and, as always, it was an incredible experience. This wasn’t my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last. ​I want to highlight their excellent communication; they were incredibly responsive and quick to answer all my inquiries before my trip. Special thanks to the Reception Team for their warm welcome. It was also my birthday during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special and show great care. ​The highlight of my stay was the management’s generosity I had booked a 'Pool View' room, but they provided a Free Upgrade to a Bungalow! I loved the place so much that I extended my stay for extra nights. Even though I booked a 'Garden View' for the extension, the management kindly let me stay in the same bungalow without having to move. The resort is spotless, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is 10/10. Highly recommended! تجربتي في منتجع فارو ازور كانت ممتازة جداً كالعادة. دي مش أول مرة ليا هنا، وأكيد مش هتكون المرة الأخيرة. ​حابب أشيد جداً بـ سرعة الاستجابة والتواصل؛ ردوا على كل استفساراتي بسرعة قبل السفر. شكراً جزيلاً لـجميع طاقم الريسبشن على ذوقهم. كمان وقت إقامتي كان عيد ميلادي والناس بجد اهتموا جداً وبسطوني بحسن ضيافتهم. ​أهم حاجة حابب أذكرها هي الإدارة؛ كنت حاجز غرفة 'إطلالة على المسبح' لكنهم عملوا لي ترقية مجانية لـ 'بنجلو' (Free Upgrade to Bungalow). ومن كتر ما المكان عجبني مديت إقامتي أيام تانية، ومع إني حجزت 'جاردن فيو' للأيام الزيادة، الإدارة بجد كملت ذوقها وخلتني في نفس البنجلو . المكان نظيف جداً، والخدمة 10 على 10. أرشحه بقوة!
