Il banco del tassista interno al resor mi ha sconsigliato di prendere un normale taxi per andare a Elgouna MI ha detto che non era sicuro, quindi abbiamo preso il suo al doppio del prezzo ma arrivati sul posto ho scoperto che non si poteva entrare senza permesso. Praticamente abbiamo fatto solo andata e ritorno e pagato il taxi. Come mai lui non mi ha avvertito prima di prendere il suo taxi che non era possibile entrare senza permesso? Spero non sia una pratica che fanno con altri clienti.

This was our first visit to Pharo Azur Resort, and it was truly a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The lobby was magnificent, and upon arrival we were welcomed with refreshing drinks while the early check-in process started smoothly. Special thanks to the receptionists, Abd-Elrahman and Ramy, for their great efforts in upgrading our room to a lovely pool-view suite. While the suite was being cleaned and prepared, we enjoyed a tour around the resort, and once everything was ready, they kindly called us to check in. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options every day. The à la carte restaurants were also excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed from the reservation team for his cooperation and warm hospitality. The shuttle bus service is a fantastic idea, and the driver was extremely kind, always smiling and spreading positive energy during the tours. A very special thanks to the animation team, especially Oreo and Tito, for making the kids so happy during the morning kids club and the mini disco at night. Also, many thanks to Yehia for the enjoyable adult activities and entertaining night shows. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to visit again.

Minor comment: I would recommend adding a kids’ TV channel to the channel list available in the room TV.

Personel yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Herhangi bir problemde çözüm bulmakta yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Kişniş sevmeyenler için de opsiyonlar vardı. Deniz ve havuz imkanları ile konaklama alanları güzeldi. Yiyecek ve içecek opsiyonları güzeldi.

Odalara girişte kartlar kendi kendine bozuluyor ve bu kartı sıfırlamak için lobiye geri gitmek çok yorucu olabiliyor bu yüzden balkonu açık bırakmak zorunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Bizce bu kapı sistemleri kalıcı olarak yenilenmeli. Ring hizmeti daha yaygın olması bu tesis için daha iyi olabilir çünkü geniş alana yayılmış bir tesis.
