Quality Inn Branson On the Strip

If room is in back it is an uphill walk to breakfast, not enough parking closer to breakfast area. Light in bathroom very dim One of overhead bed lamps would not turn off. No trash can in bathroom.

Asked for a non smoking room outside the room someone was smoking mariguana and inside the room it smelled so much of it made our heads hurt !!!

The location could be convenient, depending on the nature of your visit. It is right off of the strip, so can also be very difficult to get out of the parking lot. That is the only thing that I liked.

There is so much. The room type was not the same as the one that was booked. When this was brought to the staff/manager’s attention, we were told that the room type we booked was not even a room at the property. When bringing this up, the manager said, “We should probably change that on the website.” The beds were not comfortable. The indoor pool had, what is believed to be, sand or dirt at the bottom of it. One of the beds had a full pizza box hidden under it. On the ground by the sink, the top to a ramen cup was found. Based on the last two points, it is believed that the room was NOT cleaned before our arrival. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling down and the paint is chipped. The carpets were stained up. The tv in the main “bedroom” did not work. The internet was spotty. If this were a cheaper hotel, I could understand some of the issues… the room was priced about the same as nicer hotels.

Nice pet friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

Its in a perfect spot, staff was friendly and helpful.

It needs some upgrades, our room had old pizza boxes under the bed, and I feel getting rid of the carpets would be a plus. I think mainly if they could do some tlc to the indoor pool, it would be great. My stay was good the beds were comfortable and the ac unit worked amazing. Just very small detailed things that they need to work on.

Asked for nonsmoking rooms and they put us where outside it smell alot of mariguana and when we open our rooms it also smell inside it gave us headache

Worst unclean, dirty and unkept hotel we have ever stayed in. The shower drain had unrecognizable stuff in it, there was pink lint under the sheet of one bed (makes you wonder if they were changed) the toilet was loose, the air conditioner had a horrible smell, the small refrigerator made noises all night and we found a pair of women’s soiled panties in the room. Nothing Quality about this place!

It has good tv channels

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures they had posted, the shower water didn’t get hot but the main sink where you wash your hands got hot, one of the queen beds was broken.

Went to check in took 10 minutes for someone to come help us. but we could hear them the entire time in the other room on the phone with someone. Parking lot/ property wasn’t very clean. Our room smelt like cigarettes.
