upon arrival, rooms were very dingy and dirty. bathroom was dirty and tub was not cleaned. No clocks in room. Very unsatisfied and did not stay at accomodations

Room below par, bleach stain on bed cover, bed uncomfortable(warn), Staff nice but not well covered when wanted to check out, waited for ten minutes for some one to check out.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

We couldn't get into our room for a long time because none of the keys were working then the pool wasn't heated

Good location and clean. Only drawback, they did not provide enough towel's nor coffee. Everytime we went into the office, they were either not there or they said they would bring it later.. Other than that, we would stay again..

Our room wasn’t very clean, lots of dust. I asked for an extra roll of toilet tissue one morning and by 5 pm still had not got it. Loud people and swimmers at 1:00 in the morning, then I got woke up at 6 am by the same people talking very loud outside our room. The majority of the time, there was no one at the front desk, if I had a question or needed something. I almost forgot, I was laying in bed reading one night and a bug came crawling across the sheet. I will never stay here again, and would recommend no one else does either.

Police were called 3 times between 2am and 6 am due to disturbances from people staying above us . No sleep that night . It was asful
