"Worst experience ever."

NOTHING AT ALL.

The room was disgusting and the heater didnt work. There was dirty underwear and other dirty laundry from previous guests on the closet and blood stains on one of the pillows and a wall.

"Was a great day minus a few things do recommend to stay though"

I liked that I had two different pools, even though one was only available. I was very disappointed and misled about having a hot tub and they're not being one. Someone needed to do a little more maintenance in the indoor pool was not up to my standards but still used the facility. Breakfast was phenomenal, our rooms were phenomenal. Cleanliness was great

The fact that the indoor pool was not maintained properly, and that there wasn't a hot tub even though it showed online that there was a hot tub available

They have me a key to a room with someone already in it. The number was even written on my paperwork. I have yet to get my refund and it’s been 2 weeks.

"Quality Inn Branson on the Strip"

The bed was very comfortable and we had a jacuzzi in the room. Check-in was quick and friendly, and continental breakfast was provided.

I think the rooms need more complete updating. The shower curtain was hanging on some unpainted lumber. Things are just older. Caulking and paint need to be touched up. But the basic amenities in the room are very nice and comfortable for the price.
