Location. Close to everything right on the strip Clean, good for the price

Convenience of location staff was friendly and did attempt to meet my needs. Worked for our needs. Breakfast was ok

Headphones with the washer. When I went into my room, I don't know what it was, but something keep biting me when I used the washer, I had already popped my clothes to the washer. Already wet, they were wet before I put them in the mine, my car wet I told them that I proceeded to start it after putting them $2 at night. It did not work. I told them about it, I don't know, they just kind of blew me off like I didn't didn't know what I was talking about next morning. Put another $2 in Still didn't work when I asked him at 3 to find my money.They told me I worked yesterday.It were yesterday it were yesterday, so that was their excuse for not paying me Back was that it worked yesterday.\n People need to start doing their job description of these motels. Part of it is a woman, your customer says that the washer of dryer took their money. You should be funding them immediately without questions instead, they did not, and gave me problems charged me $25 for a dog that didn't even come. I'd like to even notice talking about.Also, they need to learn English.If you're gonna work in America where people talk English, you should learn our language that they didn't know what I was talking about, they're very rude.I will never go there again.Everybody else about them

The only thing I like is when I woke up in the bed.I woke up safe filling safe , I'm just sleeping because the next morning.Without waking up, not even once woke up happy cause I felt safe then.After that, after asking for my money back to the washer did not work.They replied to me and said it yesterday and told me no , and ignored me , ignored me and to lock the door when I went to go to the office

It wasn’t that clean. I upgraded to king room with spa bath and there was ripped up carpet in room on side of spa bath, and the mattress had a big stain on it the blanket in bed was also ripped. The room next to us also had a toilet sitting outside the room on patio . I will say the workers were very nice ! A house cleaning lady also came by the 2nd day we was there and took dirty towels and gave us clean towels .

It wasn’t as nice and clean as the pictures showed !

It was in a very good place right on the strip with great view.

Some of the lights did not work in the room. The complimentary breakfast was great. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles.

Indoor pool could have been cleaner.
