Staff was not over friendly at all. Bed was not comfortable. Room appeared to be clean but you could definitely tell they cheaped out with whoever attempted to paint when remodeling.

The location

The staff was less than helpful. It felt very unsafe as there were no lights on the buildings at night by the elevators. The room doors did not shut properly making it feel unsafe. There were bed bugs. We did not eat the breakfast but went to look at it and it was not as stated. The pools were closed with no reason given.

I liked it was close to entertainment and restraunts

The room wasn't cleaned very well prior to arrival.. their were crumbs behind beds in the the chair cushions... The room I booked was supposed to be 3 queen beds and a pull out sofa. And they were to have an indoor pool. After booking and paying we find out the indoor pool is closed from jan2-feb28th. However there was no indoor pool on site at all. I believe the dining room was the old indoor pool room and they no longer have a indoor pool at all. The free breakfast provided was a 2/10 the only hot item was waffles you cooked in their waffle maker. Aside from that the choices were bread, English muffins, blueberry muffins, apples, mini blueberry bagels or yogurt. The juice machine was out of every juice except the kiwi strawberry and never refilled during our stay. Upon entering the room after checkin we didn't get what we booked it had 1 queen bed and 2 chairs in 1 room, and 2 full beds in a separate room, no pull out sofa...also the little wall heaters were subpar and did not properly warm the main room and the 2nd rooms heater was just blowing cold air the whole stay. So the first room was essentially heating both rooms and my children were cold sleeping at night. we had to alter sleeping arrangements to accommodate the lack of sleeping space and blankets. At checkout there was a snow storm and they did not do any snow removal prior to check out time and the entrance exit is on a slope. My husband children and I spent an hr and half shoveling a way up only to still not be able to get out due to the lack of traction. The office closed after we checked out so we were stuck in the parking lot in 8 degree weather unable to go anywhere and had already checked out of the room At that point I called the phone number and spoke with a man to inquire how soon they planned to have someone come clear their lot because this was ridiculous. After that call they had someone on side let us back into the room and within 20 min a plow was their clearing it.
