The staff were very friendly, and loved that it didnt feel like your every day hotel. Felt very welcoming.

It was clean, quiet nights and excellent breakfast.

It didn’t have a place for me to hang my clothes.

The room didn’t smell clean. Breakfast was rather disappointing, particularly the coffee. Receptionist needs some training.

Breakfast was good, once we got to use the hot tub and pool they were nice. Facilities are beautiful and love that there are actual vending machines.

They were very busy with a party, so we couldn't use the pool and hot tub the night we arrived, we got up early for breakfast, which was a good thing because there would have been no food if we hadn't got there when breakfast service began and then went to the pool right away, thankfully, because an hour later and the huge, rambunctious group was back to dive, splash and run around. The group had food and drink they spilled all over by the hot tub and it was over run with ants. Not really a hotel issue, except for not patrolling the safe use and no food, or cleaning the area before reopening the pool. We won't be back because they tend to have rude groups, are crowded and don't have anyone upholding the rules.
