Standard of accommodation was good overall. The area can be rowdy on weekends. Close to eateries and generally walkable to downtown.

Not the fault of the hotel but the area was rowdy over the weekend.

Good location for access to buses to both downtown & Granville Markets (number 50 bus)….stop right outside….easy walking to downtown.

Room size & facilities not in the same league as Sheraton Wall Centre hotel, only a short distance away.

The hotel was in a central location and the complimentary coffee was amazing.

The area outside of the hotel at night is rough. When we arrived a male who was obviously on drugs was urinating on the side of the building beside the door. Going out at night felt a little scary. The room was very very small in comparison to other hotel rooms we had stayed at and was way more expensive.
