The sleep ok. The maids? Very rude. They are not fair. They don't speak English. The maintenance is fair. The night manager Howard is very dark. He is not pleasant. And they prejudice. Change the minfset

Smells pounds of cigarettes, people were slamming their room doors all night, and I saw 4 roaches total !!!!

NOTHING! Maybe free parking, but you can get that anywhere. But even the free parking felt unsafe. So NOTHING!

EVERYTHING!!!!!! When I checked in, the person at the front desk told me the AC doesn’t work. But there’s a fan in the room. Going to make this as short as possible. No AC, refrigerator didn’t work either for me to cool off a bit. Very dirty. Roaches everywhere. Extremely loud train noises till very late at night and they started again very early in the morning. And when the trains didn’t make noise, the sex workers would make up for it. It seemed like the noises were coming from every room. Saw too many people with barely any clothes. Too many sex workers. Not suitable for anyone. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional and not responsive to any of my concerns. They wouldn’t even respond to the calls and emails from Booking. Uncomfortable bed and pillows and extremely scratchy sheets. Don’t waste your money even if it’s free. Free isn’t even worth it. I’ve stayed at plenty of cheap places, but nothing has ever been this bad that I HAD to leave and find a different place. Didn’t feel safe at all.
