Jack London Square Inn is the worst place ever. I came on Saturday May 23 hoping to stay until May 26. I refused to STAY 1 night.The atmosphere was horrible reeked of homelessness and smelly people in the lobby. Residents look like they were on drugs, feared for my safety and theft of my rental car. Homeless woman digging into the dumpster. At the front desk for teenage boys appeared dangerously feared of theft of my rental car. I felt like I was on SKID Row. Hotel. Com tried to ask them for a waiver request but the front would not answer their calls or email. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Do your RESEARCH!

IT WAS FALSLY ADVERTISED TO BE A CLEAN PLACE TO STAY BUT WE FOUND OUT UPON ARRIVED TO ROOM THAT IS WAS A VERY UNSANITARY PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD FOR THE NIGHT. BLOOD ALL OVER LAMP SHADES & BATH TUB WAS DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE. IVE SEND OVER PICTURES. PLS LOOK AT THEM ON FILE WITH YOUR STAFF & I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND BACK & MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED ALSO PLS.
