Beds were clean.

Male staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Hotel states no smoking but the entire place smells smoke-infested. Room had no working AC or heat and when help was requested male staff were bratty and had no desire to at the very least try to accommodate. When asking for help(because the room was hot), he failed to at least mention that fans are provided in the rooms and we had to find out ourselves. To top it all off, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and mold on the walls.

It is in a good location

Sometimes you can you’re loud noises late at night from rooms neighboring you. I guess that’s something that can’t be taken care of because a lot of people locals rent their for weeks at a time young people.

Location is next to Jack London Square

I could not stay because of the prostitution and car theft happening in real time in the covered parking structure. The reception person swiped my credit card and asked me to sign saying there was a deposit on the room that would be refunded. He charged $143 instead of $94 and only after did he mention the AC and heat were broken. I asked if the windows open and he said no. I said I couldn’t stay there and he said I couldn’t cancel and would be charged. I called Booking and they didn’t help. I had to find another hotel. But safe, not a regular hotel. Strictly fur trafficked youth. The worst.
