The staff was friendly.

Clientele and facilities were terrible. Felt unsafe in the parking area. Room had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem clean.

This place is drrrty and not worth staying at.

The location and customer service was excellent

Bugs in the room lil red ones.....the windows let in bugs because there is no window screens the bathroom looks crazy counters are horrible

The hotel was good for being a budget hotel. The room itself was ok. The proximity to the Amtrak station is the biggest pro.

There was no drinking water. I arrived late saturday night after being in an airport/airplane for the last several hours. I arrived and everything in the surronuding area was closed. I had to take medication before bed and asked the staff for water. He rudley let me know there was NOTHING he could do. Apparently the hotel does not have water to offer OR sell. He mentioned the vending machine had water, but you could tell the machines are never used or hardly upkept. No water in 2026 is actually crimminal and it should be shut down just for that. I wont get into the loudness, roaches, digusting carpet, or the elevator that felt like it was going to collapse at any moment.

The accommodation is nothing like the pictures. It’s not even close. We were so shocked that we ended up booking another hotel once we already checked into this one because it was so bad (and we really are used to a lot). There’s a chlorine smell all over which is especially bad in the hotel rooms. The furniture in the room and hotel was extremely run down, had scuffs, marks and was - again - NOTHING like the pictures - like all the furniture was bought at a garage sale. The hallway where the rooms were reminded us of the Jeffrey Dahmer apartment complex. The area is rather unsafe and there’s a stench of weed, piss and chlorine when entering the parking lot. The cars in the parking lot looked extremely damaged and it made us worry about whether our rental would be safe here a full night long. Just from a safety perspective, you should not stay here and for what it offers it’s too expensive.
