DEWir wurden sehr nett von der Inhaberin empfangen... Hatten 2 schöne Wohnungen zusammen mit 2 Bädern.Super. Der Strand ist gleich in der Nähe zu Fuss oder man nimmt das Fahrrad. Wurden auch nett bewirtet egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen. Haben auch gleich mal verlängert.Ein wirklich schöner Ort und liebe Familie.

ITL' atmosfera è superfriendly e la famiglia che gestisce la guest house è sempre molto gentile e anche le difficoltà dovute alla barriera linguistica in verità alla fine è come se aggiungessero qualcosa piuttosto che toglierla... Ottima cucina locale, posizione super comoda per la spiaggia, città vecchia a qualche chilometro ma (caldo permettendo) raggiungibile in bicicletta.. In alternativa si può noleggiare uno scooter. Camere spaziose e con AC. Ci tornerei!
CZI truly enjoyed staying here. Beautiful homestay and beautiful people. Location is just few minutes walk from the beach and there are some nice places to eat out close by as well. It's also very quiet place without crowds of tourists. And there's lovely dog keeping companion 😊

GBVery short walk to a beautiful beach, short taxi into Hoi An old town. Lovely homestay, friendly family and they serve a great breakfast every morning. The lady who runs it gave us fresh fruits on our first night, made us feel very welcomed. Overall fabulous stay, and the kind people made our stay amazing!
The only downside was that the beds were a little bit hard

DEA very friendly family gave us a warm welcome. When we asked for a good tailor, we were taken there immediately and then to a restaurant. Communication was very good, but a translation app would be a good option for both parties. The room was spacious, but the beds were much too hard for us personally. Breakfast was a "surprise package," which we didn't mind at all. Coffee, juice, fruit, banh mi one day, and pho the other. The homestay's location was quiet, yet everything was quick and easy to reach. A great experience! Thank you very much!
DEThe owners were nice and the first room I checked into was quite comfortable and clean.
The second room I had to move into didn’t have a lock or even a toilet seat. Everyone that wanted could have looked into the room while I was sleeping because the door was also see-through. I also had problems with the dogs running around the property.
CZFamilly room were quite spacious, AC worked good.
No fan or AC in dining area so it was unpleasant to eat outside in such a hot weather. Outddor pool as shown in the picture wasnt available, dirty water. Bathroom bit outdated. Breakfast could be bigger with some options/changes. The familly didnt speak any English which made the communication hard.
