Glasney Rooms - Student Accommodation

This is student accommodation, so don't expect hotel facilities. The rooms are fine and each flat has a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, cutlery etc. The location is slightly out of town, so a car is ideal, although there are bus stops on campus. There is some walking and lots of stairs, so probably not suitable if you have a disability. It's reasonably priced compared to most places in Cornwall this year. I didn't experience any issues with noise or flooding showers as per some of the reviews I have seen There is a shop and cafe on site, but open too late for breakfast if you are working (fine if there for leisure). Cafe shuts too early to get dinner, for most people.

We were booked in for a total of 10 days . My son and I were on a swimming holiday around Cornwall so needed a base to be able to travel all around the county. The accommodation was ideally situated. However sadly is was very noisy late at nights with some noisy residents and banging doors. The shower room leaked water into the bedroom and the extension cable needed was missing so difficult recharging phones etc. Breakfast good and cheap. Staff wonderful.

Absolutely abominable awful rooms had 3 different rooms all dirty and smelly and the parking was 15 mins walk away

The bedroom I was in had dirty smear marks on the wall, so did the headboard.

Limited parking due to builders Bathroom sink cracked

It was ok, didn’t realise it was student accommodation, hence no tv or tea making facilities in room

Good accommodation if you just want a room and bed for the night. Very basic with no TV or tea making facility in the room. Kitchens are at the end of corridors but due to covid not in use.

Our stay at your apartment was very good very clean the people at reception or anywhere on the campus was very good always willing to help and there was a very nice restaurant there very cheap and good quality and very clean. £4.30 for a 5 piece breakfast and £4.60 for a 8 piece free coffee or tea and Cereal + you can catch a bus into Falmouth there and back for 7 quid
