I would give it a 6 if I could! Although we didn't stick around the hotel too long it was more than accommodating. I recommended it to my family for the next time we come to Florida.

This property was amazing. The view from our room was truly awesome. Was right on the beach. I will definitely be coming back here for my next staycation. The suite was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was very easy and valet always had my vehicle ready to go when I would go out for the day. Price was amazing. All in all great place.

No public parking, have to pay valet. Never serviced the room for 4 days. No soap, fresh towels or anything for 4 days. Beach was never cleaned. Poor respo on complaint.

We were happy with the facility, rooms were clean, and easy access to beach. There was a lean staff but they offered room essentials for guests to help themselves which was great. That said, they offered continental breakfast but when the food was gone they didn’t bring out any more. A lot of guests were left without eating. And we were told that there would not be any breakfast offered on Monday, which was Labor day. What??? Beach chairs were in bad condition, some of them were falling apart and they didn’t have enough umbrellas.

Very clean, great location and excellent service at the hotel and at the beach. I certainly enjoyed the visit, will definitely come back.

This is a really nice place to go really close to the beach and nice room well equipped with what you might need during a vacation stay. I would definitely go back but next time I will bring my friends with me. I wish they would consider including free parking with the stay.

We saw many negative reviews about hidden fees, a poorly maintained beach, and valet parking issues, including delays in retrieving cars and requests for tips. Since we had already booked and paid, we decided to proceed while managing our expectations. The hotel switched from Sonder to Kasa on July 31, 2025, and our stay was in August. Our experience was amazing! None of the complaints we read were valid anymore. Chairs and umbrellas on the private beach were complimentary. Towels and beach towels were available in the lobby. We appreciated the free shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, plates, cups, razors, and toothbrushes. There were also free cans of water, coffee capsules for self-service, and occasional fruit. Cleaning services are not provided daily unless requested, but that suited us. The setup felt more like a resort home, featuring a kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, and sink. We could leave dirty towels and garbage outside our room for pickup, which was convenient. The only issue was the weak shower pressure; while the temperature was fine, it took longer to shower. The staff were friendly, especially the valet team, Nettew and Yuron. We used an app to request our car, and it was ready by the time we reached the elevator. They never asked for tips, but we chose to tip well for their good service. There are no on-site restaurants; the closest is a 7-11 and some restaurants in Deerfield, about a 5-minute drive or a 35-minute walk. We rented a car and noticed most guests did the same or used Uber. If we travel again, we would definitely return!
