This was a perfect little getaway, quiet clean. The staff were wonderful. Any issues you had they were there quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a beach walk with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a few days, staff if nice and helpful, chairs by the pool and the beach always available at no cost, both ocean and intercostal view equally pleasant , valet is $29 a day which is cheaper than other hotels . Stayed there twice and definitely will stay there again

Property sold to new owner. We missed the first night of reservation because of the mixup. Expedia had to get involved and the rep told me that the owners hung up on them. Expedia told me not to worry and eventually got the matter fixed. The hotel did not credit us for the missed night, but Expedia gave us a refund for the other hotel we had to book. LOVE Expedia!!!! When we finally arrived, the front desk and employees were nice, the place beautiful, and the beach fantastic. It was a great place to stay IF they don't mess up the reservation.

Very clean. Accessible beach with complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Nice and clean pool. The staff were very friendly including the valet parking guys. Room was nice and clean also. Quiet place. WiFi was good. Tv channels selection was pretty decent. Definitely we will return. It was pleasant.

They advertise that you will get a good rate on a beachside hotel. However, they also charge about $40 a day for parking, plus in order to request a late check out, they charge you for that as well. And, I asked for a King bed due to our situation, and guess what…for a fee they could do that for us. So your great rate ends up being the same or higher than you would have gotten at other hotels. Also our room was TINY. Could barely walk around the queen size bed. If you don’t mind spending a lot more money than anticipated, it’s clean, easy access to the beach, and good free bfast.

We had the king suite with ocean view. The room was fantastic and we had direct access to beach, which was great! No walking across traffic to get there. I know that they were undergoing new management during our stay, and didn't have everything in order in that regard, but all staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. If I were to make any improvements, it would be to have the restaurant/bar open in the evening. While we were there it was only open until 3:00 pm (it was off-season, so this may be normal), but it would have been nice to have a cocktail and a meal there instead of having to leave the property. They did have free breakfast that we enjoyed, but it would have been nice to be able to take that up to our room, which wasn't an option. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would book there again!

This is not the first time in this property we love to come here because is very close to the beach and is very comfortable and quiet

There was no booking when we turned up. Our family was left with no accomodation at 10pm at night.
