We had an excellent stay in Hillsboro Beach—check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway: secluded, quiet, and just steps from the beach with no busy roads to cross, making morning walks to the ocean effortless. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular and truly made the experience unforgettable.

Location and front desk staff and valet parking staff. Great

Air conditioning too loud, only one setting- high or off. Why not a low fan? Room could be cleaner- attention to details- floors, dusting Walks are super thin and you can hear the people in next room talking and even their cell phones dinging.

The place felt new and fresh, the room was comfortable and had an espresso mashine. Valet parking service was always on time. One of the guys at the valet parking was genuinely friendly, as was the guy taking care of breakfast.

The only parking option is valet parking, and it costs 29 $ a day. There are no other parking options close by, so you're stuck with that unexpected extra expense! There was no room cleaning service for our entire stay (although when we asked for fresh towels, we got them without problems). The breakfast felt watered down. The orange juice was diluted and strangely the scrambled eggs felt like they were too, they had no flavor even after salt.

I had a fantastic stay at Hillsboro Beach Resort by Kasa. You really can’t beat the beachfront location — waking up to the ocean every morning was incredible. The entire staff were so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to be attentive throughout my stay. The self check-in process was quick and seamless, but the hotel also has a staffed front desk onsite to help with any other questions. Room was great - clean and spacious with a view, and the amenities were perfect - beach chairs, pool and lounge areas, etc. Overall, a lovely experience. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but I’ll definitely be back. A real hidden gem!

This place is gem located in a very nice area of Florida. We loved seeing all the boats in the canals and the beach was calm and peaceful. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Exclusive, stunning beach front/location

Former Sonder building, still in renovation process so, few things were simply malfunctioning (air conditioning, electricity plugs, mattress too soft/too old? But maintenance team very reactive and professional Also the check in process not easy a bit more complicated than the Sonder one

No customer service at all. No one ever answered the phone, and there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. On top of that, they charge a $250 deposit, a $100 pet fee, and $30 for valet parking. It was really disappointing and frustrating not knowing how to check in, and the only helpful part of my experience was a very kind gentleman in the valet parking who tried to assist me. I ended up leaving the place and not doing the check in.
