This hotel is very poorly run. Almost 100 people in line at coffee shop on Sunday - 30 mins to check in - 10 minute wait for breakfast on a Monday morning - with 9 yes 9 people eating. Who ever runs this hotel - hire some staff!!!!! . Hotel restaurant closed on Sunday and yes..closed Monday too! Skip the Loews and stay at the Crossroads.

This is a new hotel with excellent amenities

This hotel is grossly overpriced for what you get. It was mobbed with people and the elevators were a nightmare. I will never stay here again. It felt like a waste of money.
