Direkt am Hafen gelegen, fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Das angeschlossene Bistro hat eine zufriedenstellende Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, die Dusche ist in der Badewanne, insgesamt sind die Zimmer, in Bezug auf die Einrichtung "in die Jahre" gekommen.
