We stayed at the Douglas Hotel in May 2026. We had a two-twin bed room. This hotel has no air conditioning - we needed windows open all night with a fan going. But the hotel is close to several clubs that let out at 3am - loudly. Room was good sized, clean, nice bathroom. Convenient elevator (we were on top floor). Very good location - walking distance to train and bus stations.

Very friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room. I arrived as the kitchen was closing but the Chef agreed to keep open so that I could have a meal. That was much appreciated. Very good value for money and I would definitely stay here again
