Room was cleaned spotlessly every day! It was a pleasant surprise!

The pictures didnt match the property or rooms at all, my room wasnt the same as in the photos, there was not a king size bed basically everything that i was told would be in the cost was not

The room had a lot of things that were broke including the window lock, bathroom lightbulb, and electric outlets. The walls were paper thin so all night other people could be heard talking or watching TV. There was a strange side room which was demolished on the inside.

It wasn’t well kept. Everything was dirty and repairs to broken items were sloppy. Dead bug smeared on the wall, computer chair very ragged looking, curtain Disney even fully cover the window. The side entrance we used wasn’t secure at all, anyone could’ve gotten the building. Nothing has been updated.

First Room #152: couldn't find TV remote control, turn tv on with button at bottom of FlatScreen but do nothing else; looked in all drawers & behind furniture. Call desk, no answer; walk all way across facility Register Person said 'will find another remote'. Remote1 not very user-friendly, then "Baymont SignIn screen' asks for password that was not provided. Back To Desk 2nd time-he comes can't seem to figure out, gets Remote2 more issues. RegisterPerson says "move you to Room162" after he tested TV. Room162: had to find Fridge Cord behind furniture to plug in - Trash & dirty on all cables/cords behind Cabinet!! Carpeting & hard-surface flooring very dirty-feet were black next morning & light colored socks were discolored & felt sticky. Facility entry doors were not locked-never had to use our Key Card coming inside, only use Card to enter both Rooms!! Notice posted at Reception Desk about work on Pool & Conference Room; many obvious spots thru out Facility that much updating needs to be done, but that is not a reason to neglect daily housekeeping -- kind of explains why the online Room Rate was lower than other area Lodgings. The bed was comfortable. This Facility definitely was not up to the standards we usually find at a Baymont location.

NICHTS Das einzig positive: Der Herr an der Rezeption, beim Einchecken, war freundlich.

Diese Unterkunft ist eine Zumutung und sollte von der Plattform genommen werden. Schon der Gang zum Zimmer ist verschmutzt und extrem abgewohnt. Die ganze Anlage ist triest. Das Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich in einem dunklen kargen Raum und kann nicht Buffet genannt werden. Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet und sind gleich abgefahren. Ich habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so unwohl gefühlt.
