i like the location very calm area and had good resources around.

That its super cheaply ran, rooms are always so dirty never have essential items , like towels mainly, ive had to move rooms many times because how gross it is .

The location to the casino we were going to and to our next day destination was great

When I was bathing I noticed a bug it looked like one you don’t want to see in any place you are staying

Beds were comfy.

Paid an extra 5$ a night for hand rails on shower. Then upon checking in they said "none of our rooms have hand rails I don't know why booking.com said we did." Ugh... also only 1 towel..no washcloths and no hot water in shower.

- nothing to like really!

- the receptionist was rude and there was no service attitude! - in addition, they had a new receptionist and she had no idea what she was doing. For everything, she asked me to wait until the next day when their regular receptionist will arrive. - internet didn't work for half of my stay and apparently half of the side of hotel do not have internet connection. - there wasn't a phone in my room. I changed the room on the 2nd day of stay and that room too had no phone. They later gave me phone but didn't assist in connection and i had to wait for the maintenance person to do that which was then the 3rd day of my stay :( - they do not respond to messages on booking.com (though they send you the requests of early check-in and everything else)!!!! - the location isn't pretty and far away from the city center. - Nearest bus stop was 1 mile away with 1 hr bus frequency. I hated the commute from this place. - I specifically asked for breakfasts times during the check-in (they are supposed to give that information). The receptionist told me me that it's 7 to 10 am. On Monday morning, me and my 3-year-old daughter reached for breakfast at 9:15 am and it was closed. Upon asking (the same receptionist as during the check-in), I was told that on weekdays the times are different (which she did not inform me during check-in) and it closes at 9:00 am on weekdays. The receptionist wasn't apologetic at all! I hated that my little girl got upset as she was denied of food :(
