The stay was good, sketchy neighborhood

During my stay, no housekeeper ever came to clean my room. In fact, even upon arrival, the room was in poor condition—with hair and paint scattered across the floor. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told a housekeeper would come in the morning, but no one ever showed up. I've never had an experience like this before.

Black mold on the shower wall. Pink mold on the shower curtain. Toilet seat broken. Only one small trash can in bathroom, none in bedroom. No maid service during our stay and no information was given as to whether maid service would be provided or not.

There was only toast and small juice boxes and Twinkie's for breakfast

Room could have been a bit cleaner. It smelled a bit funny. And the wall were thin so I could hear what people in the hallway were doing. And saying.

Hair all over the bathtub. loud environment. There were people in my hallway yelling and singing as late as midnight and as early as 5am.

We had moldy dishes under furniture, dirty socks under furniture, all the floors were filthy, sheets had shoe prints on them and the water in the shower smelled moldy

Room smelled bad, floors were sticky and there wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. The included breakfast was dry cereal without available milk, white bread and twinkies.

From the moment we got here the staff was incredibly rude. She was outside smoking and we walking in. I rang the bell and she came in behind us yelling I’m here ma’am and you need to get off your phone for help. I wasn’t even on my phone. Then proceeded to be rude. The morning breakfast was a joke. Cereal and toast and not even anything to go on toast. The bed had hair all in it. Ty is is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. We paid extra to stay somewhere that had breakfast yet there was none. We left and had to go spend more money to eat. They had one burner out and nothing in it. It was pushed to the corner.

Place was gross and weird people staying/living there. Bathroom smelled like urine, hair and stains on blankets, and a dead bug on the pillow. Floors were sticky. F-king nasty.
