Not the fanciest hotel but clean and liked it’s location

The staff and amenities.

Check in was not warm and friendly, tv didn’t work, hotel has no personality, nothing made us want to stay there again

Hotel staff was disheveled and struggled to help us. The room was dirty and the furniture was old and beaten up. The breakfast was unfit to eat. Will not stay in Newberry again.

Older hotel but the room was clean and the breakfast amenities were limited but a good selection.

Staff couldn't find our booking as someone else had messed things up in their computer system. We ended up with a queen handicapped accessible room and paid more than what was on our itinerary (which I showed proof of via email) for a king room with a jacuzzi tub. We travel to that area several times a year & booked here specifically for the room & area. We won't be staying again.

The hotel was not our first choice. Not many options for last minute plans. The hotel had a musty smell, the bathroom door didn't shut or lock, and there was hair in bath tub. The light over the sink didn't work. The seating area for breakfast had several benches that were not safe to sit on. Very limited space to eat. I will pass on staying there again. The prices for the night was way over priced.
