Everything's.The check in was a nightmare.No Toilet paper.The toilet sits to low.If you are older or handicapped good luck.No grab bar on the wall.I have never in life seen a pool off The lobby.Where there is 1 bathroom.No Toilet Paper.The floor and the toilet has so much water in it.This is unsafe.Again concerning Seniors and handicaps.This hotel is only good for sleeping.Nothing else.I Am so disappointed.I feel there was a lot of promises that was not true.Totally ruined my vacation

Pictures did not really reflect where I thought I was staying, room was a bit unsettling

Waited hours after check in time for room availability. Room was nice. Place was quiet. Breakfast was subpar. Outside of building needs work.

The room was clean, but toilet needed to be recleaned. The bathroom fan needed to be replaced due to excessive noise. Breakfast is included but very limited compared to other motels. The area around the motel has high traffic volume, and the people above us had kids running (or maybe a dog) running around fairly late. We also had the misfortune of being in room 101, which is right next to the lobby, so there was a lot of talking and foot traffic up until about midnight. The only real advantage is that it’s fairly close to Tahquamenon Falls State Park.

One bed comforter was dirty when we arrived, rooms just seemed outdated and not clean. The lighting was very dark in the bathroom/shower room. Headed to breakfast in the morning and everything was gone and told we could go to the diner in town stating everything was gone. The staff did grab more bagels but that was about it. I would never recommend someone to stay and will avoid the next time in the area.

If you're looking for an inexpensive bed & shower, this is it. If you need wifi, tv, and protein with breakfast, this isn't the place to stay. Internet here is known to be spotty (which is describing it kindly- for us it was up for 3 minutes every few hours). According to the desk clerk this is typical (so don't buy the internet upgrade - it doesn’t help) and the 5G cell service in this area is poor. The TV frequently got a frozen picture and said 'searching' - we gave up. On the plus side, we were entertained at breakfast by the 2 female desk clerks complaining about their jobs tho, so I can't say there wasn't any entertainment. I asked for a knife so I could eat my waffle, but it never came so I ended up tearing the waffle into pieces and eating it with my fingers. The only protein they had was hard-boiled eggs, which I suspect were home-boiled because they were super dry and had green yolks. The hot tub was decent - about half the jets work... try to not mind the yellow-tinged water (not exaggerating). Guest laundry is out of order and looks like it has been for a while. Sorry to sound harsh - I'm not usually a complainer - but we stayed here having expectations that did not at all match our experience. This IS the most reasonably priced spot in the area, and its full most nights.... if all you want is a bed and a shower - this is GREAT for that. But if you're looking for wifi & breakfast, I don't recommend it (sorry!).

Staff at front desk was very accommodating. Our first room was dirty. Had zero toilet paper. She did give me toilet paper and switched our room to clean one. Definitely not worth $150 per night.

Friendly staff and fine facility. Its surroundings are parce.

When we checked into our room, the garbage cans were still full of garbage. When we got into bed, the sheets were full of sand, and what appeared to be dog hairs. While the bed was made, it did not seem that they changed the sheets. We had to get new sheets and change them ourselves. The staff seemed nice but the place was understaffed and the front desk staff were overwhelmed.
