Todo horrible el trato el lugar sucio, no me dieron la habitación que reservé olía mal

Location was the only good thing

Upon check in we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. When we got to our room we noticed all the ceiling in the bathroom was exposed. All the wiring ventilation etc. we were told they were under remodel construction however that was a lil much. After being in our room a few mins someone walked into our room and left towels on the sink leading into our room with nothing said. Just shock is all I can say.

Shower was hot and bed was comfortable

Hallways were very dirty, no breakfast or pool due to remodel

Didn’t know about a deposit until I already paid. Staff was being weird and placed me on a vacant side. Didn’t feel safe. So I went a got a family member to stay with me.

It was very spacious

It smelled bad, the bed sheets had stains that showed they had not been washed, the towels also were stained, the carpets were disgusting.

All tthe amenities

There was blood on the floor. There was no soap to wash my hands. There were no towels in my room.
