Convenient

The bed linen was torn with yellow stains everywhere. They had mold n the bathroom. The cost of the room didn’t match what I was staying in!

Check in was great. The room was terrible due to the rust, mold, bloody sheets, TV not working. Blood on the blanket as well. Shoe prints on pillowcases. No towels in room.Ask to be moved to another room and was told we had to pay for a different room. Then was told they had no other room. We was told they had a flood and pipes busted and that no one had been in this room in a very long time so thats why it wasn't clean. Called hotel.com and gave them my complaints and offered 20 dollars.This clearly a health violation to rent a room with mold. There were no other hotels within a 50 miles radius. All hotels are booked up due to a college homecoming. Oh the guy at the desk gave us three sheets and told us there were no more blankets which were for a full size bed!!

Dirty room.everything worn out and needing replacing

The property needs a lot of work. The carpets are filthy, and the rooms are pretty beat up. They were pet friendly, and accommodating. Our first room was discussing. The promptly changed our room. The second room was better. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Which tells me the staff care. I won’t be staying there again.

We had 2 rooms one smelled like old dirty wet gym socks. The rooms are big bigger then most

The lobby area. I liked that they had shelves with towels & a basket to put the wet towels in. The vending machine was high tech very nice & atm machine was on site!

The big blue drape hanging on the building. The carpets in both my rooms were dirty & smelled of loud mildew. My cover & sheet had blood stains or chocolate stains on them. Specs of mold was above the shower & sink. The pool was LITERALLY ice cold & water was dark. All they had for breakfast was the pancake maker out, the juice machine, oatmeal packets & yogurt no actual breakfast.
