Clarion Hotel Jackson Northwest

An older hotel which needs updating.

The superior room with a king bed was very spacious, and it even came with an extremely comfortable couch so I would recommend that. Our bathroom had a huge walk in shower and we loved that. The indoor pool was unfortunately under maintenance work so it was closed, and that was the main reason we booked that certain hotel, so we were disappointed about that. The king bed was very comfortable. The check in/check out desk ladies were very friendly. The people in the next door room had very loud kids at late hours of the night. It seemed like the walls were thin. The housekeeping lady knocked on the door and walked into our room at 10:40am when check out wasn’t until 11:00am so that needs to be addressed with housekeeping for them to make sure they start with the rooms that have already been checked out.. maybe get a list of them who have checked out before the actual check out time.

Bathtub was peeling and the lights were a strobe show! Pillows were disgusting People Outside the hotel were questionable felt like this place had monthly rentals

2 many people handing around out at night. Couple kisiing in between cars. Trash on floor i. Lobby 2 long coffee pot running over onto floor. Food spill in elevator no attention to it after telling them it was there on the 1st day of check in. Also non handicapped csrd parked in space all night.

The rooms are large

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room was absolutely disgusting!!! Our shoes were sticking to the floor, there was food, and God knew what else all over the wall. They gave us 2 towels for a 5-person room. There was what appeared to be blood on the back of the door and pee stains all over the hide a bed that they didn't give you blankets or sheets for. The outside doors had 0 security, and one of the doors was held with moving straps. They had people fighting all hours of the night where everyone could hear. If it weren't for us being on the road for so long before we would have left. My kids needed rest. Thank God I had air beds in my car for them to use.

I was not allowed to check in because they didn’t have my reservation from Booking. Had to find another hotel. Ridiculous. I will never use Booking again.

Reserved my room online got to the hotel and they said no rooms were clean

How close is was to my event

There was black mold and mildew in the room and in the shower..it was literally awful. This is a crack hotel for drugged people.

Still under construction. The Foyer is a little warm needs better Air conditioning.
