Quality Inn & Suites Lufkin

It was not like the pictures or what we expected, was supposed to be smoke free but I was not .

It was fine

Stay started off rough. I asked for a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Attending front desk wasn’t very helpful and the situation. The night front desk came in called me and was able to get me a real non-smoking room. I guess field workers stay there and they were roudy in the parking lot.

Bedbugs ate myself and my child

My child was with me and her bed was full of bedbugs and now we are having to take her to get treatment for it

The sheets were nasty and when I ask for more they said housekeeping didn’t wash any fresh comforters so we basically had to just deal with a sheet.

It was a place to lay our heads. It needs TLC but the staff were very sweet.

Don’t waste your money, spend a few extra bucks for the Hampton across the street. Was not as advertised. Dirty room, bad smell, bed was a brick. We ended up not staying there

Amazing

The blanket had a hole in it, the carpet was unraveling at the door, the a/c kept cutting out, the tv did not work, the nightstand was broken, and there are two brand new looking hotels right next door.
