"Room was filthy with roaches in it"

Service was limited..we stayed there 3 days and was never offered any clean towels. Washclothes. Sheets..we had to make do with what we had..the lamp was broken in our room..

Very friendly And knowledgeable staff. Accommodations were made for handicap. Pricing was excellent as an overall very good place to stay when I am back in Lufkin. I will stay there again.

When we arrived, our room was HOT. We called the front desk and they told us our AC had been off all day. We quickly learned why, after returning to our room after dinner our room was flooded. The carpet was soaked from the AC leaking.
